USA: Iowa's Attorney General asks lawmakers to pass a measure that would prohibit domestic abusers from possessing guns

Iowa Attorney General Tom Miller is talking Friday about the importance of a bill on its way to the House that he says will help protect victims of domestic violence.
The bill would prohibit domestic abusers from possessing guns. A Senate version of it passed late Thursday night.
Miller and advocates from the Coalition Against Domestic Violence will ask the House to quickly pass the measure. Miller says most of the men, women and children who died as a result of domestic violence in the past 15 years were killed by guns.
