Demobilization and Reintegration Programs: Addressing Gender Issues (2003)

This study focuses on selected gender issues using data from pilot projects in several countries including Eritrea and Guinea-Bissau. It makes recommendations to ensure that female specific needs are identified and addressed, and proposes strategies that minimise gender discrimination.
